    Coupon Codes in Reports

    Here's the scenario:

    We sell securty products.
We are partnering with an insurance company, so that anyone linking from their site to ours, and using certain coupon/discount codes, will receive a discount on our products.

The insurance company would like to keep a track on sales that they referred to us, since they will also receive a % commision.

My basic solution, was to just send the insurance company a monthly report of our sales (specifically showing which sales used the coupon code).

Presuming all coupon code sales came from the insurance company (which we will presume), then we can show the insurance company their commission.

Is it possible to show reports including which orders were placed using a coupon code?

    Thanks in advance.

There is a coupon activity summary on reports selection / sales tab. Does that give you the information you need (it has coupon code, total sales before coupon)

      Thanks Jan,

yes i think that will do. we just want to be able to send the insurance company a monthly report that shows all our sales that were made using a coupon code (and hence verify their commission cheque).
