Different Delivery Address Problems

Hi, can anybody help me please?

I have some how managed to lose the option in the checkout for:

"If you want the delivery address to be different from the invoice address, please check this box:"

I have been in to Design | Library and reverted some elements such as:

Order 01 bulk area
Ship to separate address

However, none of the elements that I find that may be linked to this part of the cart are making any difference. Does anybody know how to bring this option back.

Hi,

Try 'Design | Text'. Click on the 'Go To' button and type Phase '0' and ID '16' and click 'OK'. This will take you to the correct prompt where you should tick the box under the 'Show' column.
