Some of you have already found it, but I'm pleased to announce we have recently released a new knowledge base to help improve our online support documentation. The old knowledge base was becoming difficult to maintain and therefore not up to date. The new one should make it easier to find articles and also allows users to submit new ones. We hope that it will become a really useful support tool with a growing population of articles.
