Is there a way to have the contact form go to a different email address than orders? For example, I would like orders on the site to go to orders@mysite.com, but have the contact form go to customerservice@mysite.com

No this is not possible.
However it may be possible to edit the layout to change the 'Subject' field to a <select> box where customers have to select one from a selection of subject lines.
You would then be able to create a mail rule that forwards the emails with different subjects to other email addresses.
