    Login Problems with V9.0.1 Multi User

    Hi,

    We have Business Plus with two extra user licences. We have one installation on Windows SBS 2003 and the others on Windows XP-Pro machines. When I try to open a client on the Server I get an error message:

    'Unable to open license xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx locked by Administrator'.

    We have tried logging in as Administrator on the Server, but still get the same error message. This has only started happening since we upgraded to V9.0.1 (I think) because it used to work fine.

    As usual any ideas would be gratefully received

    Could you try stopping the sync server and restart it again.
    Everyone must be logged out when you do it. Go to the pc that the sync server is installed on and go to: -

    'Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services' to stop and restart it.

      Cheers Gary, that worked (although when we searched for Sync Server we couldn't see it - Actinic Sync Server was there though!)
