v9 nightmares

hi,

just upgraded to V9 this morningand instantly regretted it. throughout the day we have encountered more and more errors. i therefore downloaded 9.1 patch, installed the patch, i am now locked out of actinic, it asks for a password and user, i have never set a password or user, anyone know how to fix this

The default password is "Administrator"
