Unable to display attributes in shopping cart

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction why for some reason none of my attributes are being displayed within the shopping cart?

This problem only seems to be related to Duplicated Products since all other original products are working correctly.

Hi Keith

The shopping cart layout is usually "View cart Page Shopping Cart grid" you'll find it under the selector "Shopping Cart table" in Design | Library. When you've located it right click on it and do a "Compare to factory settings" this will tell you in anything is missing from the layout, if it is "Revert to factory settings" will set it back to defaults. Then do a update of your site and see if that makes a difference.

Doing a revert will remove any customisation on that page so will probably have to reapply it. Also please make sure you have a backup before you try this.

Hi Kiran,

After following your instructions to compare / revert the layout to the original factory settings, unfortunately the same problem still exists..!!

Note: This issue only arose when I upgraded from 8.5.0 to 8.5.3

Is there anything I can try?
