    Hi Jo,

Have you got this working yet? Could it be a browser caching problem?

Let me check with development for you.
The link is created on-line by the script dd000xxx.pm. This file resides in the cgi-bin folder on the server. You should check the value of $DigitalDownload::CGIBINURL in the dd000xxx.pm on the new domain to see if it points to the old domain.

If so, then I would delete this file from the server and the site folder and then refresh the site (purge and refresh should do the job).

ON the off chance that there is someone out there who has got digital downloads and windows server working...

I've got a default site working fine http://simply.pinbrook.net

if you order anything from Stationary - it works fine

if you order the book which is a DD you get an error when you click the link to get your download.

              Can't locate dd000001.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/site/lib C:/Perl/lib .) at D:\xxhome\abcde\simply1.pinbrook.net\cgi-bin\nph-dl000001.pl line 18. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at D:\xxhome\abcde\simply1.pinbrook.net\cgi-bin\nph-dl000001.pl line 18.
Any suggestions are most welcome (this is with support too)

I'm presuming that the file dd000001.pm does actually exist on the server?

                    Jo

                    is this V8.5 or V9

I use a windows server on my development machine (XP Pro SP2) to try out ideas and I can get dd to work using 8.5.3.

Is cgi-bin in the same folder as acatalog, I found that that was the only way to get the site working.

I have installed ActivePerl V5.10.0.1002 under c:\usr instead of the standard c:\perl.

I setup a folder "test" under c:\inetpub\wwwroot and subfolders cgi-bin and acatalog. Windows is set to use the folder test as the home directory for both web and ftp. I also had some problems until I setup a network share on the folder test which I think were related to windows permissions ( i kept getting a write permissions error). I still get a can't write file error from actinic test in network settings but the site uploads ok and seems to be working, cart and checkout are fine and digital download worked ok.

                              Hi Jo,

Can you try renaming 'nph-download.pl' to 'download.pl' and then refresh the site.
