Cannot download orders

Hi All,

This morning I cannot download orders on one of my sites; all I get is an egg timer which flashes but no dialogue box and I can click on any other tab. Eventually I have to close Actinic as the egg timer doesn't go away.

I downloaded orders successfully last night, and nothing has changed overnight. Any ideas what could be going on?

Try a network test to see if all is well at your hosting company, you might find they are just experiencing a blip and it will all be fine shortly. You could always do housekeeping - compact database in the meantime also.

Network test came back with no errors. Compact database didn't help. Tis a strange one!

Do you get the same if you try to upload? There have been quite a few reports of this already on the community but can you take a look at my post #17 on this thread and confirm if the 'old*.fil' files are missing from your 'acatalog' folder on the server - you should then be able to apply the fix.
