I am having problems with a site imported from v6 the main section lists are repeating themselves down the page. I am sure this is a layout issue but I am struggling to work out which option to change, any help would be most appreciated.

In site options you probably have the sub section list layouts both showing, one of them need to be set to 'no layout' otherwise it is all included twice. -
Very common upgrade issue.
something to do with the section layout being chosen (by default) at both the top of the page and the bottom - check out site options/layouts
