404 error message when leaving checkout

When you click on the Cancel button to leave our checkout; or complete a transaction on our site and therefore leave the checkout we receive the following error code:-

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/www.whatsyourfantasy.co.uk&ACTINIC_REFERRER=http://www.whatsyourfantasy.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000001.pl?ACTION=Start&REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2ewhatsyourfantasy%2eco%2euk%2facatalog%2fA_170904%2ehtml&REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2ewhatsyourfantasy%2eco%2euk%2facatalog%2fA_170904%2ehtml was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The page in this example A_170904.HTML does appear on our host server.

Any ideas on what is happening and how this issue can be resolved please?

you need to check your network settings or basehref to see if they are correct as indeed /cgi-bin/www.whatsyourfantasy.co.uk is`not valid

this is something to apply to your hosting space - ie htaccess to handle 404 error - either search the web, search this forum or look at your hosting control panel
