order pages missing

Hi all, something strange has happened. I seem to have lost (or never had) the order pages:

If I goto design / and choose checkout page 0/1/2/3 when I try a test purchase on the site I get the following:

A General Script Error Occurred
Error: Error opening /public_html/store/order00.html (No such file or directory)Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

where have they gone, do they not like me...more importantly how do I get them back?

Do a web-refresh, see if they reappear.

Sorry forgot to say Ive done a 'web refresh' already I have looked in the site1 directory and they aren't there either; should they be?

You can access them either through the design library or the drop down list on the design tab.

I don't entirely understand what you're trying to do. I understand the test purchase bit, obviously. I assume you are doing it online? You can't do a test purchase offline.
Presumably the pages are IN your design menu dropdown and appear ok?

Order00.html?
Is there actually such a page online?
How are you uploading Actinic? Presumably you're doing it ALL through the upload in Actinic itself?

They're not in the 'Select Page Type' dropdown in your design menu?

hi, they are listed, but when I click on them to check the design it says the following:


Navigation to the webpage was canceled

what you can try:

* Refresh the page

ok..perhaps a reinstall could be in order?
Have you deleted any files from your site folder? or (Design)PreviewHTML folders?

just doing that...I can't see me having deleted anything.

All fixed...well almost, I reinstalled (all there) tried to import a snapshot (gone!)...reinstall, import design only (still there).....phew. So im just going through the process of getting all the test products and client info back in there.

I have the same issue.
Was on 9.03.
Completely uninstalled it and manually deleted everything left in the Actinic V9 folder.
Switched off computer.
Restarted and installed V9.05.
All went swimmingly until it turns out Checkout Pages 1, 2 and 3 are missing from the drop down.
Refreshed the site and sure enough got the 'order01.html page missing' error on checkout.
And now the interesting bit - this is with the default demo Site1! I haven't imported anything.

So I imported a snapshot - same thing.
Any ideas?

Not sure how you got the data back in to the 'new' 9.05 install - via snapshot or copy/paste Site1 folder? Have you tried deleting everything inside Site1/SiteHTML, compacted and finally refreshed? This generally fixed a similar issue I had when moving servers. Might be worth a try...
