Since upgrading our site from 7.0.7 to Enterprise 8.6.1 many AOL users can no longer use our site - checkout and (sometimes) Add to Basket links fail with 'page cannot be displayed'. There seems to be some issue with the combination of meta refresh and javascript bounces that is causing this, but only in some versions of the AOL browser. While there are obviously client-side security and configuration settings that would influence this, there must be some more general Actinic problem at work here - checkout problem reports have gone from a handful in three years to dozens in the last 3 or 4 weeks.
If anyone runs AOL and has a problem either adding an item to the basket or clicking the Checkout link on our site, then I'd be very grateful if you would get in touch and provide me with some info on your browser config.
