Related Products Error

Hi,

When I try to setup Related Products to a Product i get this error message:

"There was a problem with the database

Operation: Opening the [RelatedProducts] table where 1=0

String data, right truncated"

Have searched the community and knowledge base....Could anyone help me out??

This is very likely because you're using very long product references. The limit is 20 characters, but if you create a duplicate, then a couple of extra characters are needed to indicate that it's a dup, thus exceeding the field limit.
