Related Products on Hierarchical Import

Hi,

I have a hierarchical spreadsheet which uses around 18,000+ lines with a few thousand products.
I have added the Related Products manually into Actinic v9.0.1 and exported the .csv file to check any differences to the spreadsheet however I cannot find anything to do with Related Products.
Would anyone be able to assist me in the right direction of resolving this issue.

I have the feeling that I will have to add these in manually, as on a new import the related products stay the same.
