Outstanding Credit Card Schedule Report is Blank

Hi there,
We have just upgraded to V 9.0.1 we downloaded our first batch of orders and ran the outstanding packing lists which were fine but when we ran the Outstanding Credit Card Schedule only the headers at the top of the page printed but there is no information. Does this report no longer exist?

The report does exist. There should only be nothing in the list if there is nothing to process. If you are sure you have cc data to process then I suggest you contact Actinic support to check this out.

Yes there are new orders with card details, I have already reported it to Actinic and they were able to replicate this. I thought I would ask the community to see if anyone had experienced this and had a remedy for V 9.01

This may be related to the encryption algo and it's integration into the report. Unfortunately the report is not that often used any more so I doubt anyone has resolved this. It could involve an updated report as well a support dll.

If Actinic support have been able to reproduce the problem then I am sure they will we working on a fix as soon as possible.

I thought this might be the case. We have beening waiting for Actinic Payments and hope to move over soon which will remove this issue. Thanks for your thoughts on the subject.

If you try to reprint the report to you get anything (reprint is a different option on the tab), if so it could be that all of your orders have already been included in a outstanding cc report - they are only allowed to be included in one,

You can also get cc details printed using the data entry report, or also using my One Stop Order Processing program (the data entry report won't print cc details from that one though due to a bug in the crystal reports engine used to print reports).

Report faulty but export report works

Hi there,

Thanks for the suggestion about the export report which works ok and provides us with the info we need until we install actinic payments. The Outstanding Credit Card Schedule report does not work no matter how you do it. I have tried reprinting and selecting but the result is the same it is says it is printing, it has the headers but it is not populated.
