Quantity Inc/Dec buttons

I was checkinng out stinkyinkshop and they have these great increase and decrease quantity buttons.

Is that easy to do? Ill do some research as well - not just looking for free help! but if anyone knows how to do it and feels like sharing, ill be listening!
