changing layout of view cart page etc

Hi, Just in the process of designing new site for client in V9, all going well except I need to change the layout of the shopping cart pages (view cart etc). The fields are too tight in the layout where I have allowed them and are pushing the design out. See http://www.asics-running.com/cgi-bin...CTION=SHOWCART

I want to put this data into the whole width of the design and not just on the right hand side. Where do I find the layout for these pages and where can I link them to a new layout?

they are in the drop down menu in the design tab

At least there are some things still in the same place as v8!

yes thanks looked there. Do you mean in the library section and then the checkout area? I've looked all through this and can't see how to access the layout

no the BIG tab that says DESIGN in the middle of your screen
