Site testing question?

Hi All

I've designed a site for a client and had it on one of my servers in both Test Mode and Production Mode at various times so that he can see the work in progress.

I now want to upload the site to a clients sever in TEST MODE fom my pc and then install his version of the Client software on his pc, import the snapshot so he can get on with adding the prouct info etc...will this be ok?

Yes this is possible, however when you install the client software bear in mind that if your software is in TEST MODE when the snapshot was created, the site within the client software will also be in TEST MODE.
When the client software is switched to 'Production mode' it will attempt to destroy the test site, so either switch to production mode before taking the snapshot and switch it back afterwards, or you will need to re-upload the test site from your software again.
