Problem with trade section

On my site at www.butterflies-healthcare.co.uk I have just noticed a problem with the site after people have logged in.

You can see what I mean by clicking on the 'Business Login'

All the layout and design element appear to be missing.

I thought it maybe that the cgi-cin was being read wrong, but I have checked all the network setttings and all okay when I run the 'test' function.

Can any one suggest a reason?

Looks like a base href problem as it appears that the stylesheet is being referenced in the wrong location on those pages. This problem has been mentioned a few times already, have a read through previous posts to find out what it was. Almost certain it is base href related, either wrong or badly formed i think.
