I've gone over all the old threads regarding this but still none the wiser.
I have a couple of orders sitting in "Pending payment service provider". One has been there two weeks, another came in yesterday. When I click the order >view payments it says status received, yet there's no CC Auth.Code.
Does this mean the cart was abandoned? PSP is HSBC and nothing's showing there.
