    Problems Uploading Site

Can anyone help with my uploading problem...

I am currently trying to upload a website for one of our client to there live domain, but unfortunately the upload freezes at the point of 'sending catalog files'.

Originally, I had been uploading the website to a testing server which had been working without any problems.

Does anyone know what this could be?

    Thank You in Advance

      Hi Mike

The network test says 'successful' and as far as I can see I have sufficient permissions to upload to the server.

      Thank You, Dominic

Actinic sometimes needs permissions set to 777 for the acatalog directory and 755 for the cgi-bin.

You could try enabling (and or disabling) passive ftp. Some networks work best with one or the other.

Other than that it could be a host problem in which case you'll need to give us more details. the best way to do this is export the network settings from Actinic and copy and paste them here (but remember to overwrite your username and password).
