Marketing Lists – Link to External URL

I can’t see this is possible… but we have several sites and some products do overlap and would be of interest to the customer.

What I would like to achieve is a either a “people also bought” or “related products” link to a sister site with a separate URL e.g. the featured product would not be contained within that current site.

I can see there may be implications including feeding people out of their main site of interest, but we do have a central hub on a separate domain whereby all of the products are included.

You can do this manually....but are you requiring this to be dynamic?

Nope, only the one's you want to cross promote.

You could also add a cross reference variable but that is another story...

There are numerous ways to achieve this aim and to be honest, it would all boil down to your in-house skillbase as to which option you should choose.
