All products max of one

Hi Guyz was wondering if any of you have had the issue where as all products are set to no more than one allowed to be ordered on a website - spoke to support and they are baffled as I do not have the option for min max quantity on the details tab of product in content i upgraded to 9 from version 8 and ok upgraded to 9.01 and went wrong I am now using 9.02 and same did snapshot and deleted and re-installed software and same if you goto http://www.cosmetics4uonline.co.uk and try to order more than one of any product it goes red please take a look and advise you good guyz you - regards steve

Check: Business Settings>Ordering>'Order Quantity Always one'
