Layout of Invoices & Despatch Notes

This has got to be an easy question to answer

When I print either an invoice or despatch note, on one computer the line that appears at the very bottom of the page (above the Page 1 of 1 & Date of printing) is printed quite low, but on another computer it is a lot higher and even for single line orders, is taking two sheets of paper to print the invoice.

Now, where the heck is the setting I can chance to make the line lower?

There are no user settings for this in Actinic, this must be something to do with your printer settings or drivers. Check that one of your printers/computers is not perhaps set to Letter size instead of A4.

Thanks for replying Duncan.

Both printers setting look the same. They are also both HP Laserjet 1200's.

The only difference i can see, is that when I click on properties of each computer, the printer tabs are;

sounds like the scaling is set to 100% on the one that prints ok and normal on the other.

Actinic stores printer settings for each report that you run, so you need to check the printer setting you see in the printer setup dialog when you try to print the report.

I sounds to me as if your page size is set to letter on one and A4 on the other though.
