    Reseting order export flags?

    Is there a way of reseting the order export flags so that unshipping orders will return completed back to pending?

    I have a funny feeling I've done this before but just can't remember.

    Hi,

    To do this you will have to edit the database (ActinicCatalog.mdb) in the site folder (back it up first). Open the 'Order' table and set the 'Status' field to 'N', remove the date from the 'Date Order Finished' field and set the 'nInvoiceStatus' and 'nBomStatus' fields to '0'. That should then put the order back into Pending.
