Does anyone know of this problem, what causes it ?
I have had some account customers login and and place orders, where they received an email reciept, but we did not receive these into the shop/software.
When the customer contacted me, they sent me a fax of the email and there is no order number etc. but all the goods are there as you would expect.
This is concerning as you cannot tell that this problem is occuring and how many orders you could be missing
