Intermittent Barcodes on packing list

We have order number barcode enabled on packing list, sometimes this seems to print (the barcode, the report still prints), other times it doesn't and there seems to be no method to the madness on this.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I haven't seen this before and can't recreate it here. I see that you have raised this as an issue with Paul in support who has passed it through to the development team.
