If you install over the top it does not ask you again for the key.

There was a call for them to be removed ... guess support like to be kept busy

Just to clarify, we no longer make patches for the UK versions of Actinic's desktop ecommerce solutions (we still do in the US though for v9, at the request of our partner over there I think). So we absolutely did hear that call and actioned it.

You need to always download the full version and install it over the top of your current version. There is no need to reinstall.

Not What We Thought...

Afternoon all,

been meaning to get around to installing over the top to see if it would fix this.

Turns out, the backup window had been appearing on the second display that wasn't plugged in any more. Only realised when i had the monitor plugged in the back of the laptop.
