Shipping and Tax Issues

Can anybody help with the following problem:

We have a client who wants there website to let people order from around the world, but only wants to deliver to the UK. We have had this function working before without any problems on a previous version of the website.

However, we have recently revamped the site and tried a few different delivery options... only to decide we would revert back to our original tax and shipping settings with many problems.

Although, I have compared and copied all the options within the 'Business Options' from the original site... Actinic keeps throwing up the following problems:

You have elected to only accept orders from locations specified in Shipping and Payment zones.

After cross-checking the locations in all zones, some regions have been found that are not a member of the Shipping and Payment zones.

In order to prevent presenting the buyer with the option of electing an invalid location on the web-site, any locations that have been specified in other zones but not the Shipping and Payment zones should either be removed or they should be added to the appropriate Shipping and Payment zone(s).

Alternatively, you can remove the requirement for only allowing orders from locations in the Shipping and Payment zone(s).

A full list of the invalid locations is given below or you can view them in Notepad by clicking 'View':

Austria is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Belgium is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Cyprus is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Czech Republic is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Denmark is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Estonia is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Finland is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
France is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Germany is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Greece is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Hungary is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Ireland is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Italy is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Latvia is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Lithuania is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.
Luxembourg is used in Tax but is not selected for any Shipping zone.

Does anybody know how I can get this working again? Thank You in advance.

Hi,

Have you set any of your payment methods to 'Limited by Location' - you will need to highlight each payment method in turn to find out. This sometimes causes errors like this one.
