    Problem with "Continue Shopping" button going back to homepage

    Hi - I have a site http://www.porscheshop.co.uk/ for which the "Continue Shopping" button on the shopping cart page returns a customer to the sites home page as opposed to the previous page viewed.

    I have looked at the layout code in the "Continue Shopping Button" template which shows
    <input type="image" name="ACTION_CONTINUE" src="button_continue_button.gif" alt="<Actinic:Variable Name="ContinueButton"/>" />
    The code in CartManager.pl shows
    my $sURL = $::Session->GetLastShopPage();
    ...both of which appear to be correct.

    Has anybody else got any ideas where else I should be looking?
    Regards
    David

    David,

    Try reverting the continue shopping button to factory settings ( even if nothing seems out of place) and then refresh the site.

        Hi,

        I would suggest a 'Purge & Refresh' (Help | Troubleshooting - tick all the boxes). This will bring in the original perl scripts and refresh the site. Try it out after that. If you have any customised scripts you will then have to reapply the changes but it might help narrow down which one is causing the problem.

            Hi David,

            This will need further investigation. Can you raise a support ticket so we can get your snapshot please (link to webform in my signature). Make sure that you let support know that you've tried a purge and refresh already.

                  Sorry - but I don't think it was as I would have have updated this - at least not in v8.

                  I moved onto v9 a long time ago so it stopped being a problem at that time.
                  Regards
