Update prices on Excel

HI, I am very new to this. Could someone please show me the best and easiest way how to export my products into an excel sheet so i can change some of the prices, then how to inport it back into actinic so all the products are in the same Sections ect.
I am finding it is not updating the price changes i have made.

Any help would be most greatfully received.
