So far, I think I wish I hadn't bothered with the upgrade from V8. I really hope that in the next few weeks I change this opinion but so far, no so good. Plus Actinic Support not what it used to be.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with your upgrade. Was it a problem upgrading your design from v8 to v9, or was it related to a different area? Upgrade issues can be tricky. If you post details, I can then respond and then this post will hopefully be useful for other people. As it stands, this thread is a bit unconstructive.
As Jont says, 9.0.3 contains a very large number of fixes and also deals with some of the performance issues that some customers experience with large sites. We're just putting the last few fixes into that and starting the internal testing, so that's a couple of weeks away. If your issue is to do with multi-user then there is a new build of 9.0.2 just released to address this.

Sorry if my post was "a bit unconstructive" but I had an order that I needed to complete but crashed the system each time I tried to open it. I had been on hold for 15 minutes and really am no futher on.
Here are a few of the issues that I have had so far (am 1 week in to V9)
'Syntax error in update statement" pops up when attempting to download orders unless 'Auto delete PSP Pending orders' unticked
Problems clearing back orders from desktop even when completed (unless reexport to files - if printed returns to pending again and will not clear)
Order that marked upshipped to return to pending will not clear when marked shipped again (unless reexport to files - if printed returns to pending again and will not clear)
Issues with offline orders,1 randomly increasing quantities plus 1 that I am currently unable to open as crashes the system with error message requesting dmp file to be sent plus snapshot to Actinic.

My hunch is that your database is corrupt rather than a software issue.

Thanks for taking the time to describe your issues. Unfortunately issues like this are difficult to diagnose on the forum as we would really need to see your database. Did you manage to get through to support in the end? They will have asked you for a 'snapshot' which they can look at to diagnose and fix the issues you are having.
I know at least one of the ones you mention in your list is definitely fixed in 9.0.3. Your other issues might be manifestations of other problems that have been fixed as well. 9.0.3 is a couple of weeks away from beta, but I'll get onto the development team now and make sure that your other issues will be addressed.

Are you using multiuser? If so it could be a synch server problem, that would explain why you are getting the problem and Actinic isn't.
I'm using Business Plus 9.0.2 (i'm not using 2 machines if that's what you mean by multiuser) Although, i still have a couple of sites still running on my V7 until this issue can be fixed but that's on this same computer.
