Only a small problem

Hi all
At the top of my web page http://www.jaytrade.co.uk/ I would like to close the space at the top where the word welcome is (small Blue writing) also remove the word welcome only a small problem just bugging me.

Hi,

It looks like the word 'welcome' is the fragment title so you could change the layout for that particular fragment to 'text only' so it doesn't show the title. That may remove some of the space too.
