actinic link vat problems

Hi we have just started using actinic link into sage 2008 finacial controller.

the problem is on some orders the vat element of the order is sometimes a few pence less in sage than actinic which means that accoring to the sage invoice the customer has been overcharged.

What type of vat rounding sould i use in actinic to reduce this problem, so far 4 out of 37 orders have been effected

We've been using the Sage link for years and just live with the rounding issues, we write off the pennies at the end of each month. I take the view that so long as the customer pays what he sees on the website he is happy, the only issue is your accounting. For the value it just aint worth the hassle!
