User Defined Variables in Mail Templates

Hi everybody

Quick question, is there any way of displaying User Defined Variables onto an email template? I notice that the User defined variables go into the "Comments" box on the "Misc" tab, I'd like this on an email in the "Mail" tab.

I'm afraid that the emails that are generated from the desktop application cannot be edited as they are generated by the software itself. I'll add your request to the wish-list.
