Changing Tax Message V9

I've read several threads about this but most answers relate to previous versions so that is maybe where I'm going wrong.

I want to change the Tax message on my product pages: Instead of Excluding VAT @ 17.5% I simply want Ex VAT @17% (minor I know but it would neaten it up)

I have gone to Design |Text and changed the current value of ID 67to (Ex VAT) but nothing changes. This seemed to be the answers most users were giver but the posts were dated and referred to V 7 mainly. As I am on V9 is there an additional change I need to make.

Search for 'Excluding' in design text - there are a number of instances.
Otherwise just go into Design and change it to manually be what you want instead.

I ended up changing it in Design, looks fine now.

Can you let me know how you did this as i'm having the same problem?

I went to Design>Text, searched for "(Excluding", changed it but it still doesn't work.
