Logo not on all pages

Is there a logical reason why my company logo appears in my brochure pages but not the catalogue pages. Scraching my head here!!

I have looked and the same logo file is listed in site options for both company logo image and brocher logo image.

Any help appreciated

you need to make sure you have listed it in both places, under site settings there are two places to add your logo.

Also a url is always handy when listing site problems

Sorry no URL as still in development stage. Have placed the same file name in both the brochure image file and site image file in site options.

Is it a case of where it is trying to find the file? On V9 and site1 folder is in My Docs.

the site folders is no longer under the program files, well cant be for vista amongst other things, if thats the case then have you removed the the reference in the layouts should be something like this

No i haven't. Where in layouts would I find it to remove

ok this would be under the design window, look for the green bloc statements surrounding the variables, if they are there aen leave them, mind if you have not edited the layouts under the design window then i doubt it is that.

back to step one, did you type the name of your logo in the site options or did you broswe to the file and select the correct ones, also what extension are the files, as in jpg, png e.t.c

I ddi browse for the logo file (logo101.gif) for both the brochure logo image and company logo image in site options, so I know the same file is being used.

As far as editing all I did was increase the header area to accept the logo file as the default was only 65px.

Am still a bit stuck with this. Have been working in other areas for now so if anyone could shed some light on this it would be very much appreciated

Hi Scott,

I'm afraid it would be difficult to diagnose this issue without being able to see the site, especially if the advice that Darren has suggested hasn't helped. If you don't have a web server where you could upload the site in Test Mode, then maybe you could apply for out 30-day trial hosting (http://trials.actinic.com). Other than that, I can only suggest you contact support (webform link in my signature) so they can get a snapshot to take a look at.
