Creating RoW shipping zone

I am trying to modify the demo store into something suitable for my store. I am trying to take care of the shipping costs at the moment. Using what was already there, I have changed the shipping/weight tables for the UK and Europe. I'd now like to create a similar table for "Rest of World" (RoW). Is there any quick way to enter all the RoW desitinations other than clicking and adding every country individually?

I've just finished using the trial product and have bitten the bullet and bought the Actininc v9 Business license, so please word your answers for a complete beginner/novice!!! Also include step-by-step instructions!!!!

I'm afraid not. You will have to click on each country separately and move it across to the 'members' list. I think it would be a good idea to be able to select multiple countries and then move them across in one go so I'll add it to the wish-list for you.
