      Hi,

Have you contacted support at all about this? If not, what is the website address so that I can take a quick look to see if I can see anything obvious.

As far as I can see the discount is uploaded. I see two on your site 'Charity Discount (45871423)' and 'Tester1'. The coupon codes are encrypted so I can't check if they've been inputted incorrectly at all (ie with spaces at the end - although I have tested that out on the site and get the same error so it doesn't look like that is wrong).

I've asked our development team if they have any ideas but they may require a snapshot. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

          Hi Pete,

Development have come back to me to say that it's not the coupon code that's the problem. They've also noticed that there seems to be a problem with your google analytics code as it displays at the bottom of your checkout pages with NETQUOTEVARs in it so there could be some other HTML issue causing the problem with the coupon codes. Can we get a snapshot please? If it's 12MB or less then please email it to me at tgsupport [@] actinic [dot] co [dot] uk or upload it somewhere and email me a link to it if it's bigger.

OK, it looks like you have an old version of the perl scripts in your site. The only way to fix this problem is to do a purge and refresh but this time you need to tick the 'delete perl files' option. If you have had any perl customisations done to these files then they will have to be re-applied after the refresh and then update the site again (make sure that your encryption key is applied to your Protx script).

                  Hi Pete

What did you do to fix the problem as I seem to have a similar problem?

                      Thanks for your reply Pete.

I've tried doing a purge (under housekeeping) but dont get the option to delete perl files. Does anyone know where that option is please?

                      Thanks in advance

If you go to Help - Toubleshooting and select the "Website Purge and Refresh" button on the bottom left, you'll be prompted to delete the Perl Files...

                            I have the same problem.
I have a standard Coupon code (site wide) which isn't being recognised.

I've tried all the suggestions including the Purge & Refresh but still not working.
                            Any ideas?

Register a problem with support via the actinic website or ring them up if you have a support contract. Your problem is probably a more serious one if these measures have not fixed it.

Sent snapshot to Actinic support. They reported that everything looks fine and when they uploaded the site it test mode, the coupon codes worked.

They suggested that I deactivate the PCs firewall and try a purge and refresh again. This did not make a difference. Does any one have any suggestions?
