Multiple sites question

I have tried searching the forum but cant ind my answer so I apologise in advance if Ive missed it.

With actinic designer is it limited to one url like a number of the carts are ore can numerous ones be developed?

You can design an unlimited number of sites BUT none can be live without the use of Client software or the full version. Designer is as it says on the tin - used for designing NOT running sites

Ah so if I purchase this http://www.actinic.co.uk/products/designer.htm what else is required for each site?

If you want to run a shop as well as design Actinic MultiSite is probably the way forward .. not cheap but allows for expansion on all sides
