positioning fragment

I am trying to position a fragment with text above my products in V9.

I used to do this (in V7) by placing it above the first product in the content tree. I don't seem to be able to do this any longer at it keeps moving below all products, resulting in showing after all products when i upload.

Any ideas.

There are several threads on this but essentially you need to look at the positioning of the layout lists .... this can be set as a global value or against specific sections under the "layout" tab.
