    Missing Buttons

Does any one else have a problem with snapshot import / export dialogue box?
when I come to export a snapshot the 'Back' , 'Next', 'Cance' & 'How do I?' buttons that should appear at the bottom of the box are not there (although clicking where they should be works)
This is driving me nuts, the number of times I have hit 'cancel' instead of next!
I have tried upgrading to (and a total reinstall of) 9.0.2..IFZA to no avail.
running on windows xp pro version 2002 sp 2 on an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU q6600 @ 2.40GHz.

They should be there as standard - could well be a system issue rather than Actinic as they are standard buttons.

      still missing

I know it is probably a windows thing, I have installed using the same installer on my laptop and I don't have a problem. the PC is running everything else perfectly (and quickly too!) and this is the ONLY problem I am having with either windows or actinic, if I knew which windows libraries actinic uses to generate the buttons I could then try and find the fault with windows!

        Hi,

Could you provide a screenshot of what you see please and are there any other buttons that are missing in any of the dialogues? Also, do you have XP themes on or off? You could try repairing the installation of v9 from 'Add/Remove programs' to see if that helps.

          no themes

          Hi
I will post a screenshot on Monday , I am away from the office untill then
but in answer to your otherr questions, I dont have any XP themes running - in fact I use windows classic interface (mmm maybe i should try a theme!)
This is the only dialogue box I am having trouble with (that I know about).
this problem survived the upgrade from 9 0 1 to 9 0 2 but a repair might work..
will try that right after applying a theme to windows!
