Developer required

I am developing Actinic V9 site for client who would like currency to be selected prior to adding items to cart. Three currencies are required and customer record to contain default currency. The cart should show discounted price in selected currency.

I've tried Mole End, DrillPine and CodePath already....... Is there anyone else outthere who maybe able to help, soon?
