How long should I expect to wait for Support to have sorted out a snapshot & backup that I sent them on Friday? I think this is too long but am I being unreasonable. There is a limit to how many times I can hang on the phone for to check progress - of which there has been none(average 20 min wait). They have had one snapshot from me that they never contacted me about, I ended up resolving things myself. This one however needs sorting - cant select from my different 'classes of service' for postage when creating a new UK order when using the 'New Order' tab in business. Work if not using new order tab ie under 'Operations - New Order' but not under 'New Order 'tab. Will allow selection for non UK but not UK, have had them netmeet into site but couldnt resolve.
