Payment Problem

Hi,

I have a problem with my checkout with some of my customers, i have just spoke to one of my customers and she is telling me that when she is placing her order she gets right up to the last page that says click here to enter Secpay, this takes quite a while and then she gets a message saying something on the lines of ‘Customer xxxxx not recognised. Her boyfriend has also tried on another system and had the same problem.

This is not for all my customers just a small few, do you know what the problem is at all?
