Snapshot Export Error - File ExportSite.cpp..

On making a snapshot of the site, my client is getting the following error:

Errors

(File ExportSite.cpp, Line 1434) - There were no registered sites available to take a backup from.

Warnings

(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 748) - Registry error 2, key Site - The system cannot find the file specified.

I have advised him to go to HouseKeeping -> Backup - > Shutdown Backup Options to confirm the backup location is correct.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? and if so, what did they do to overcome it?

Can you take a look in your 'Sites' folder and see if 'sites.ini' exists. If it does, what does it contain?
