Drop down menus

Is it possible to make it so that when you select an option from a drop down menu, i.e. a different colour, it makes the picture change with it? Does anyone know?

I have an add-on that does this "Dynamic Choice Images" details on www.drillpine.biz/actinicstuff/

A live site using it is http://shop.swimmingwithoutstress.co...ens.shtml#a130 - radio buttons there but you'd get the same effect with drop-downs (except no small icons would show).
