My text is too large, how do I go back to default

Hi I'm having trouble with my text size using the smart theme, its huge, I was trying to change the text size in Settings/Site Options but now can't remember what the defaults are, my menu text is huge. these are the setting its currently on, tried making them smaller but doesn't seem to alter it from being huge.

Default size = Use Parent (=8px)
Extra large = Use Parent (=12px)
Large text = Use Parent (=10px)
Slightly larger = Use Parent (=11px)
Small text = Use Parent (=7px)

I just want it make to what it should be, if anyone knows how to do this please.

On my machine, the default settings are:
Default size = Use Parent (=11px)
Extra large = Use Parent (=20px)
Large text = Use Parent (=16px)
Slightly larger = Use Parent (=13px)
Small text = Use Parent (=10px)
I have not customised them. I'm using 'executive' layout.

Font family = verdana etc

It very strange the way the text size thing works, you increment it by 1 px and it goes huge not just a little pixel bigger and when I changed extra large text from 12 to 20 it got smaller, dunno how that works.

Also kept crashing me out when I was trying to change the entries
