Have just started to play around with the MOTO feature of Actinic in performing offline orders.
Bug #1
I start enter product code in the Ref field at the "Product Entry" section of the screen. When I select the product from the list it is immediately added into the shopping cart. It does not allow me to change the default number to add prior to the item being placed in the cart. To add multiple numbers of the same item I either need to repeat the above step a number of times or I need to enter the number in the Qty field prior to searching for the product.
Bug #2
Placing an offline order I removed some of the items from the shopping cart. Result being that I was unable to "complete" the order when I came to processing it - it kept mentioning that not all items were shipped even though the items were shipped. The only way to get around this was to delete the order and start again.
Buglet #3
People ordering offline do not always have an email address or are unwilling to part with the details for fear of SPAM. We however have the email address set as a required field for our online orders. This means that offline orders need an email address also - so we need to enter a ficticious email each time someone orders offline. Or is there a way to make this a required field for online orders and an optional field for offline orders?
I am using version 9.0.2
